How your form submission is handled

When you submit our online form, your details are sent securely from your browser to our website and then to our customer records system with a unique reference number. That reference helps us recognize retried submissions and reduce duplicate records. After the system confirms receipt, it attempts to notify our team; a delayed internal notification does not create another request. We do not expose the technical addresses or credentials of these systems to the public.

Text messaging (SMS)

If we offer text messaging and you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you texts about your inquiry, appointment, or project — for example, a confirmation or a missed-call follow-up. If this service is active, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies; you can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase.

Advertising and lead forms

If we run ads on Facebook or Instagram and you reach us through one of their lead forms, Meta processes that information under its own terms, and we receive the details you submit so we can follow up. We do not use your contact details to build advertising audiences.

Information sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — such as our scheduling, customer-records, and communications tools — and only as needed to serve you, or where required by law. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. In the event of a sale or transfer of our business, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction; we would notify affected customers first.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and project information as long as needed to serve you and for normal business and legal recordkeeping, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion at any time, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Use the contact details below and we will respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
